How do I post my dyno plot?

I've seen lots of .gif format dyno plots posted here, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it. I've got my gifs all ready to go. Pls help with clear instructions.

First, you need somewhere on the web to put them. If you can't find a place, I can throw them on my site for a while.

Then, you put this in your post:

[i@mg]http://www.wherever.com/dyno.gif[/i@mg]

Ignore the @ signs. They are only there to prevent hostboard from trying to display the bogus file.

After peeking at the source code for a while that's beginning to make sense. I'm assuming you also replaced the "greater than" and "Less than" symbols with other brackets to keep the board from being confused by them too, kind of like the "at" signs. True?
Now, how do I turn "HTML on" on my post? It seems to always be greyed out.
